SummaryWith my DESIGNATION.IO colleagues, I used agile management to design a full website strategy for an integrative healthcare startup company. Collected data was used to validate our design and content strategy foundation. User and SME Interviews, market research, affinity mapping, user personas, task flows, and site wireframes were steps towards our cohesive, targeted marketing solution.
BackgroundNuDay Integrative Health Solutions needed a way to advertise their concierge-style services and explain complex medical treatments in terms that the average individual could easily understand.
OpportunityWe performed UX research to identify the needs and concerns of the target market. Competitive market analysis and industry research allowed me to highlight NuDay's points of distinction within the growing field. Interviews with SMEs and potential customers were crucial to my initial content strategy for the site. UX/UI principles informed our team's design from wireframes to final site mockups.
