Curriculum Mapping 

​I create curriculum maps and perform learning objective alignment in consultation with faculty and SMEs. In my work for educational technology company Realizeit Learning, I ensure that course design leverages the Realizeit Adaptive Learning platform as envisioned providing mastery-based adaptive learning capabilities in traditional and emerging competency-based learning models. 

Quality Assurance and Usability

I provide consulting for eLearning Quality Assurance and usability testing for learning materials. I was certified as a Quality Matters peer reviewer at the university level. Fresh Eye Reviews reviews learning materials—elearning modules, storyboards, workbooks, presentations—and checks for grammar, spelling, consistency, and functionality problems. I collaborated with founder Hadiya Nurridan to develop the multi-cycle review and feedback process, and reviewer training program.

Content Curation 

​I research, validate, and author content to support learning objectives in a wide variety of fields including academia and performance based training. I specialize in the curation of Open Educational Resources (OER) and support the growth of content libraries and knowledge banks for organizations including Realizeit's library of customizable, private-label courses and the BP Dealer School. 

eLearning Development

Collaboratively developed an interactive eLearning course for the National Reporting System of the US Department of Education. Our process included analysis of complex content source information, learning objective alignment, storyboarding, development in Articulate Storyline 2 software, usability testing, and Section 508 compliance.

Market Research

As a trained researcher, I offer marketing research services for startups and organizations considering new product launches. I translate research findings into actionable insights including user personas, product prototypes, and presentations to support specific business objectives. I also provide grant prospect and grant proposal research for nonprofit organizations and individuals.
